* Lines 41-42: Please explicitly state the name of the term RSL_GIA (θ,φ, t) in the text, as you do when discussing each of the other terms in Equation 1.

* Line 69: Replace "vs" with "versus".

* Lines 69-70: The latter part of this sentence could be better written as "... into regions such as North Europe, Alaska and the Canadian Arctic". This description of the figure could also be longer and more detailed. For example, the figure shows results for 2075 but these are not discussed. Please either include 2075 in your description, or consider removing it from the figure.

* Line 102: Replace "like" with "such as".

* Line 148: Remove "are" after "fingerprints".

* Line 164: Replace "oveer" with "over".

* Lines 181-182: I think "over the oceans" would be better than "on oceans"?

* Line 187: Insert "the" before "geoid".

* Line 234: Change the end of the sentence to "which is three times as many as for a coarse grid resolution" or similar.

* Figure 1: I find the second sentence of the caption confusing. Are you referring to variations in space, in time, or both? A longer and more descriptive caption would be desirable.

* Figure 3: In the caption, insert "of" after "Diagram".

Dear authors,

Thank you for submitting a further revised version of the manuscript. I now consider it to be ready for publication, but I would like you to give further consideration to the caption for Figure 1 first.

Specifically: The revised manuscript refers to "Ice-thickness change patterns". Surely the figure shows relative sea level change patterns? Also, the caption remains unclear regarding whether the differences occur predominantly in space or time. Please consider replacing the second sentence of the caption with text such as:

"The relative sea level change patterns in the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans vary significantly in both space and time, resulting in very different contributions to local RSL in the years 2016, 2045 and 2075."
