In your reply to R#1 you state that "others (on data issues) will be noted in section 2.2.2." In your revised manuscript section 2.2.2 remains unchanged compared to the original discussion paper. In the Author's Response that you submitted along with the revised manuscript you did not provide any reasoning why you changed your mind. I consider this a minor issue which does not require another Editor review and therefore rate your revised version as "Publish subject to technical corrections".

I assume that you overlooked this issue when preparing your revised version and I would like to ask you to reconsider this when preparing the final version.
