Description of file names
-------------------------

General:
There are files in the parent folder and there are
two subfolders: 'numerics' and 'rain'. The files
correspond to the following figures in the paper:
	    numerics: Figures 3 and 4
	    rain: Figure 5
	    parent: Figures 6-11

numerics:
The files containing 'no', 'in', fl', 't6' correspond
to the setups using different substepping settings as
explained in the caption of figure 6.
Files containing 'pl' have pressure as vertical dimension
	and model levels otherwise.

rain:
The runs are specified by the number of microphysical
substeps used 'nmicroX' and the number of cloud droplets
'Xnc' set. E.g.: warm_nmicro100_500nc.nc was used to generate
the brown dotted line in figure 5.

parent:
The file 'stdatm_form_diss.nc' contains the information for
the forcing used to drive the single column model (fig. 6).
The other files are labeled by the setup used:
nocirrus*: simulations without the cirrus cloud
	               (E.g. figure 7)
	    nofreezing*: simulations without heterogeneous freezing
	                 (E.g. figure 10)
reference*: reference simulations with all processes
	                turned on (E.g. figure 11)
And by the type of model that was used:
p3: The new single category scheme.
p32m: The 2 moment version of the p3 scheme.
		      (figure 10 d,e,f)
2m: The 2.5 category version of the scheme, fig 7b
	    	ns: no snow (not used)
nf: no falling ice (2 category scheme, fig. 7a)
