This supplement contains:

() three python scripts to select the pseudo proxy network, 
create the embedding space and perform the emGPR

() one example script, which submits a job to the GPU nodes 
of the Mistral supercomputer at the DKRZ and calls all three 
python scripts for the MPIESM-based TCppp testcase with full emGPR 
This script serves as an example of how to call the provided 
python scripts with the right options from the command line

() two conda-environment lists, which document the versions 
of the used python packages

() a Data folder which contains the necessary data to run the 
first python script (amv0_*.py) for both the MPIESM and CCSM cases. 

() the necessary folder structure to run the second and third python script
which generate the embedding space (amv1*.py) and run the emGPR (amv2*.py)

Disclaimer: The scripts are taylored to use the provided test data,
i.e. they are not written in a general form that would allow to use them 
with any kind of suitable dataset, yet.
